The guest house was in a great location, right in the centre of town, making it convenient for us to explore everything we needed in Bridlington. It was only a minute away from the shops and just a short walk to the harbour. the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, with ensuite bathrooms. the service provided by Zoe and Graham was exceptional, they made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble for them. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this guest house.
The parking situation was a bit of a nightmare and finding a space outside the guest house was a challenge.

Accommodation only. Ideal location.Tge host John and his partner made me feel really welcome and could not do enough for me. Refurbished clean and comfy room. Would definitely go again. 2 streets away from beach

Our Easter break at this guest house was amazing! The room we stayed in was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore the beach, shops, and fun fair. The breakfast served was top-notch, delicious and filling. We also appreciated the little touches like tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. it was a fantastic "home from home" experience.
Honestly, we couldn't find anything negative to say about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time.

Convenient location, just a short walk from the town center and attractions. Clean and welcoming guest house, well-maintained rooms. Delicious and fulfilling breakfast options. Friendly and accommodating hosts.
Limited parking availability, may be challenging to find a spot during peak times. Rooms could be more spacious, felt a bit cramped I had a pleasant stay at the guest house.
